We all know Nick Gillingham as a world class breaststroker.

During the 1980s Nick was also very right at the top of world swimming on butterfly and front-crawl too.

Bit of a trek. Shame there's not one being held in Kent.

Nick visited my son's school recently. Such a nice man and really inspired the club swimmers. He had so much time for the boys and now they are like "Nick said this, or Nick said that". Brilliant to see their enthusiasm back!

Taxing, let us know how the girls get on, on Friday
