Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there Friday evening

But both daughters that took part said what an excellent session it was.

Nick was apparently quite impressed with Lucy's breaststroke and has given her some drills to hopefully progress it further!

Needs to shave off 1.4 secs LC on 100 to get national qt

I think I'd be right in saying that Taxing has 'fat finger syndrome' - touch screen phone with small keys and chipolatas for fingers!

I once had a girlfriend who always referred to me as chipolata.

I never understood why?

Bit of a trek. Shame there's not one being held in Kent.

We've just been down South, tend to use The Sennocke Centre, Sevenoaks School and Heathfield School, Ascot. If you become a fan of the Nick Gillingham Swim Academy you will receive automatic notification of courses 6-8 weeks in advance.

Claire
