Any masters swimmers fancy a week’s training in the sun?
Club La Santa, Lanzarote... 3rd - 10th May, 2012
Two 2-hour sessions daily, plus the usual eating, drinking and socialising. Lots of exercise classes available throughout the day.
This annual camp is organised by Spencer Swim Team and is open to all masters swimmers, of all ages and abilities.
50 swimmers have signed up so far. A private message to me will give you the organiser’s contact details.
